Draft night runs itself.
Post the signup board, let Tempo shuffle the order, and stop reading out picks. It reveals the order last slot first, mentions whoever is up next, and refuses any program somebody already took.

Every coach is tied to a team, and every team is tied to a Discord role. Assign a program and Tempo creates the role in the team's colors, applies it, and edits the open teams board. Release the program and all of that reverses.

Put the headline matchup up for a vote and the whole server has a stake in a game they aren't playing. Record the winner and everyone who called it gets paid, including the members who don't hold a team.
